Afai Terms of Service
Afai is an AI assistant for Aquaforest users. By using the app, you confirm that you treat it as a supporting tool and make your own decisions based on the answers.
1. How the service works
Afai helps answer questions about aquarium care, Aquaforest products, and your previous conversations.
Responses are informational only. Before making important decisions, especially about dosing, livestock health, or water chemistry, verify the result yourself.
2. Account and access
We use Google sign-in. We store basic profile data needed to operate the app.
You are responsible for using your account lawfully and for not sharing access with unauthorized people.
3. Data inside conversations
We store chat history, account settings, and aquarium data if you add it inside the app.
If you enable memory, Afai may keep short facts that help with future replies.
4. External AI providers
Prompts, audio, and attachments may be sent to an external AI provider through OpenRouter, including Gemini-family models.
Do not submit data that you do not want to share with external processing systems.
5. Prohibited use
Do not use Afai for unlawful activity, bypassing security, harmful content, or violating the rights of others.
We may limit access if the way the app is used creates technical or legal risk.
